Bootcamp will run three days a week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday. It was start at 7am for one-hour over six energising weeks.
We can help you work out with a group of people just like you. Our Bootcamp will provide exercises that are fun, rewarding and reinforced with fantastic camaraderie. Bootcamp is suitable for everyone over 18. Sessions will vary and will be indoors when it’s a cold, dark, wet morning and outdoors when it’s sunny, light, warm and dry.
Morning Bootcamp will be held at Leicester University Sports & Recreation, 40, Manor Road, Oadby Leicester.
